Mohammed Nashbat

Mr. Nashbat graduated from Sudan University for Science & Technology in Sudan in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.  He began his career with Electronic Concepts  Corporation as servers administrator in the Internet Unit. He spent five years in the Arabian Advanced Systems Co., beginning as a Senior Account Manager, moving up to Senior Library services, and finally as Information Specialist.  He handled Library establishment projects on a full-time basis with the Sadui Universities, also he worked closely with the Saudi consortium to build the Saudi Libraries collections & journals subscriptions.

In 2007, Mr. Nashbat joined the UPP as the ARC support & Liaison and established the UPP ARC Department.  In 2010, he was promoted to the position of ARC Media Coordinator & Manager. Among Mr. Nashbat’s technical and management skills are the following:  Information Specialist, MY SQL, LAMP & WAMP platforms, HTTP, FTP, PHP, Web, ARC policy and management, Moodle Administrator system.
