Guidelines
If you are interested in joining
the UPP or Alfaisal University,
please fill out this form. |

Please download
and complete the UPP admissions
form and physical examination form provided
here. All parts of both forms must be completed,
and both documents must be signed by the appropriate
individuals as indicated on the respective documents.
In addition to the completed and signed forms indicated above, applicants must
submit the following as part of their application. It is recommended that applications be submitted by the end of August.

Record of good conduct from school
- Official TOEFL score report
- Official copy of secondary academic record (for students still in high school, the record of the past 2.5 years must be submitted)
- Official copy of secondary exam scores (Qudurat or the equivalent) , when available
- Official copy of secondary exam scores (Tahseely or the equivalent), when available
- Five color photographs (4 cm. x 6 cm.)
- Copy of the national ID and passport for Saudi nationals; copy of residency permit and passport for non-Saudis currently residing in Saudi Arabia or a country other than their own; copy of passport and national ID for non-Saudis currently residing in their home country
- Nonrefundable application fee of SR 250 payable to the King Faisal Foundation/University Preparatory Program
Payment of the nonrefundable
application fee can be made through one of the following
payment options.
- Cash or check
paid at the UPP reception desk
- Wire transfer or
direct deposit to the Saudi British Bank (SABB),
account number [154-000
111-004]. For
wire transfers and direct deposits, please
include an official copy of the bank receipt with
your
application.
Completed applications
may be submitted in person at the UPP reception desk,
or mailed to the following address.
