Official Transcripts

An official transcript is one mailed from the UPP Admissions Records Office directly to an institution or company.  If you want an official transcript mailed to a company or institution, you need to fill out a Transcript Request Form in the Admissions Office.

Unofficial Transcripts

An unofficial transcript is one that the Admissions Records Office gives to you for your own personal use – either in hand or via mail.  Unofficial transcripts are not accepted by educational institutions, and are also not accepted by most companies in the West.  Normally, an unofficial transcript is for personal use, such as having your own record of your grades.

To receive an unofficial copy of your transcript in person, just ask for one in the Admissions Office.  Normally one will be printed and given to you immediately.  At busy times, you may have to come back the following day to pick it up.
