OUR MISSION & GOALS OF THE PROGRAM

Our intention is to develop the Jazan Preparatory Program (JPP) as a learner-centered, curriculum adaptive, individualized approach to knowledge transfer of textbook materials which facilitates the success of each student.

OUR STUDENTS

Our JPP students will be high school graduates with a science background who will complete the interim yearlong foundational preparatory program. Upon completion of the JPP, students will continue their higher education studies.

The JPP focuses on English (bulk of the curriculum in year 1), Soft Skills, General Science, Basic Technical Skills, Numeracy, Computer skills etc.

The program is envisioned to be state‐of‐the‐art with English as the primary language of instruction. Programs and graduating students will be tested/certified by independent third parties ('awarding bodies') such as ICLD, TOEFL, and ISO.  Graduation requirements include students to score no less than 450 on TOEFL (or its equivalent in other tests).

OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

Living and working in rural parts of Saudi Arabia is not for everyone.  It requires individuals who are dedicated to nation building and committed to working with underserved populations.

The Jazan Preparatory Project is a collaborative effort amongst several organizations.  As the feasibility study is conducted, it is anticipated that KFF’s University Preparatory Program will expand its services to a variety of post secondary institutions in Jazan.

Faculty and staff will be provided with furnished accommodations and quality medical and dental care.  (For complete list of employee benefits, click here).  Once the Economic City is completed, it is anticipated that the lifestyle will be quite compatible and perhaps, preferable to living in larger cities within the Kingdom.
