We will send you more detailed instructions later, however in order to process your work visa, you will need to contact the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Pretoria and assemble the necessary documents for submission.   We will provide you with a bilingual version of your employment contract, a letter requesting the issuance of an employment visa, a photocopy of the visa referral form which was issued by the Saudi Ministry of Labor, and a photocopy of the visa payment form for your visa.

In the meantime, you will need to go to your local police station and request a police clearance certificate.  Obtaining the certificate can be a time consuming process, therefore it is best to begin early.  Additionally, obtaining an original certificate of your highest qualifying degree expedites the work visa application process.

Together, all of these documents constitute the complete visa application package.  The package will need to be forwarded to the Embassy in Pretoria utilizing a reliable courier service.  Keep all of your receipts as well as a photocopy of all the documents contained in the visa application packet.
