Information Session on Entrance to Alfaisal University
Students receive information regarding an essay to be written for entrance into Alfaisal University
Ms. Schmitt explains the entrance process for UPP students planning to attend Alfaisal University

Ms. Elizabeth Schmitt, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Alfaisal University, gave a special session at the UPP on May 26 to explain the process for UPP students to enter Alfaisal University. UPP students are required to submit an application and write an essay. Ms. Schmitt provided students with a handout that explains the essay and provides tips for writing it. She noted that she hopes to receive the applications and essays by July 15.
Following Ms. Schmitt’s explanation of the Alfaisal University entrance procedure for UPP students, students asked questions about a variety of issues related to the transition from the UPP to Alfaisal University. Ms. Schmitt made special note that there will be an Alfaisal University orientation on July 26. A later orientation may be scheduled in late August or early September.
